How can I change my account email address?

Why is my account locked and how to unlock it?

Your account will be locked after three failed login attempts.

To unlock your account, you can choose one of the following methods.

  1. Wait for 1 hour for your account to be automatically unlocked.

  2. Reset your password if you forget it.

  3. Submit a request to unlock your account.

To unlink your Zilliz Cloud account from Google, please

  1. Go to Account Settings on Zilliz Cloud and click the button to unlink from Google.

  2. Click Confirm to continue.

  3. Check your email inbox for detailed instructions on how to unlink from Google and set up your new Zilliz Cloud account.

How to delete my account?

Zilliz Cloud supports deleting account on the web console. For more information, see Manage Your Account.

Why is my organization frozen?

If you are a free-trial user, your organization can be frozen due to insufficient or expired free credits.

If you already added a payment method, your organization can be frozen due to overdue payments.

How can I unfreeze my organization?

If you are an organization member, you can only contact your organization owner to perform the operations and unfreeze the organization.

If you are an organization owner, you can unfreeze your organization by paying the overdue bill or adding a payment method. The solution depends on whether you are a free trial user or a paid user.

If you are still unable to unfreeze your organization after trying the above operations, please submit a request.
