What can I do if I forget the password used to connect to my Zilliz Cloud cluster?​

If you forget your password, you can reset the password. However, if you forget the password of the default user, you can create a new user with a new password. Please refer to Cluster Credentials (Console) and Cluster Credentials (Console) for more details.

Why was I signed out of the Zilliz Cloud console?​

For security, your Zilliz Cloud console session expires after 6 hours of inactivity. If your session expires, sign in again to continue using the console. For details, refer to Console sessions.
