What can I do if my cluster memory quota has been exhausted and I cannot insert data as a result?​

You can try the following two methods.

  1. Scale up your cluster to a larger CU size. Clusters with larger CU sizes can handle more data.

  2. Release loaded collections that are not frequently used to save memory usage.

Why doesn't the memory consumption decrease even if I dropped a collection?​

Data in dropped collections are cleaned after 24 hours. Please submit a request if your memory consumption still does not drop after 24 hours.
