Create Your Account

Create a Zilliz Cloud account to start building with managed vector search. You can sign up with a work email, Google account, or GitHub account.

No payment information is required to create an account. After sign-up, you can use free resources to explore Zilliz Cloud before adding a payment method.

Before you start​

Go to Zilliz Cloud and click Sign up.

When you sign up for the first time, Zilliz Cloud may ask for additional information to help tailor the onboarding experience.

Choose a sign-up method​

You can register and log in with one of the following methods:

  • Work email and password

  • Google account

  • GitHub account

Use the same method when you log in later. You can update your login method after registration. For details, see Manage Your Account.

Sign up with a work email and password​

  1. Enter your work email address in the Work Email field.

  2. Enter a password.

  3. Select I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  4. Click Continue. Zilliz Cloud sends a confirmation code to your email address.

  5. Enter the confirmation code and click Verify.

If you do not receive the confirmation code, click Resend Code.

Note

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 3 character types: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, or special characters.

Sign up with Google​

  1. Click the Google logo button.

  2. Select I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Submit.

  3. Sign in with your Google account.

  4. After authentication succeeds, you are redirected back to Zilliz Cloud.

Note

If sign-up fails because of Google-managed MFA, disable Google-managed MFA temporarily and try again.

Sign up with GitHub​

Before you sign up with GitHub, make sure your GitHub account has a public email address.

To set a public email address in GitHub:

  1. In GitHub, open your profile menu and click Settings.

  2. Click Emails in the left navigation.

  3. Clear Keep my email addresses private.

  4. Click Public Profile in the left navigation.

  5. Select your public email address from the Public email dropdown.

  6. Click Update profile.

Then sign up with GitHub:

  1. Click the GitHub logo button.

  2. Select I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Submit.

  3. Sign in with your GitHub account.

  4. After authentication succeeds, you are redirected back to Zilliz Cloud.

Note

If sign-up fails because of GitHub-managed MFA, disable GitHub-managed MFA temporarily and try again.

Log in to your Zilliz Cloud account​

Always use the same method you chose for registration when logging in to your Zilliz Cloud account.

Notes

For security, your Zilliz Cloud console session expires after 6 hours of inactivity. If your session expires, sign in again to continue using the console.

Start with free resources​

After you create an account, you can use free resources to try Zilliz Cloud. Keep this section as a short orientation; for billing details, link to the billing or trial documentation.

Free cluster5 GB storage, 2.5 million vCUs per month, and up to 5 collections for basic vector database use cases.
Free trial creditsWhen you sign up with a work email, your organization receives $100 in free credits. Credits expire after 30 days and can be used to evaluate Serverless and Dedicated clusters.
Additional creditsYou can earn an additional $100 in credits by adding a payment method, such as a credit card or marketplace subscription. Adding a payment method also extends the credit expiration period to 1 year.
Note

If your free trial ends without a valid payment method, your organization is frozen and Serverless or Dedicated clusters are moved to the recycle bin. If you do not add a payment method within 30 days after freezing, those clusters are permanently deleted. Your organization is preserved. If you need additional credits, contact sales.

FAQ​

Why did my registration fail?​

You may have already registered an account with the same email address. Try logging in directly.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.
